Hi!

I’m Heather, a senior UX designer currently at Audible, an audiobook subsidiary of Amazon. At Audible, I’m the UX lead for all things related to Audible’s player and listening experiences. I approach every project with curiosity and empathy to build innovative, user-centered solutions. I especially enjoy the process of discovering the right solution to complex problems, including user research, stakeholder workshops, and design ideation.

Aside from work, I’m a quilting hobbyist, new mom, and aspiring dog owner.
