I’m Heather, a senior UX designer currently at Audible, an audiobook subsidiary of Amazon.

Currently, I serve as UX Lead for Payments and Retail, driving design strategy for complex purchasing and checkout experiences. Previously, I led UX for Audible’s player and listening products.

I approach design with deep curiosity and empathy for our customers, specializing in turning ambiguous problems into intuitive, user-centered solutions through research, stakeholder alignment, and design iteration.

Aside from work, I’m a quilting hobbyist, new mom, and aspiring dog owner.
